1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bajee9 platform ("Site", "we", "our") and its users ("User", "you", "your"). bajee9 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

3 Account Management

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Deposit ৳12,000 and receive up to ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means the bonus funds become withdrawable only after placing bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn in any way before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which are stated in that offer's description.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical issue disrupts the determination of an event's result, bajee9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fairness and impartiality.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Each game and betting market has a maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. bajee9 reserves the right to change the bet limit for any user without prior notice.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup), and various other sports. If a match is not completed or there is a dispute over the result, bajee9 may void or suspend those bets. For sports betting, the official scorecard and the result declared by the relevant sporting body will be considered final.

6.4 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are operated in real time and slot games run on RNG principles. If any loss occurs due to a technical issue or disconnection in a game, the result recorded in bajee9's system will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajee9 platform and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Artificially meeting wagering requirements by abusing the bonus system.
